From Dr. Oliver to the amazing staff answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming us into the office, every interaction has been filled with kindness, compassion, patience, and genuine care.
For over five years, this clinic has been so much more than just a veterinary office to our family. You have been a source of comfort, reassurance, and support, especially during some of our most difficult and overwhelming moments. You have gone above and beyond to educate us, guide us, answer every question, and make sure our babies receive the best possible care.
I cannot thank you all enough for being there for us when we needed you most. You have made us feel like family, and that is something we will never take for granted.
Even though we now live farther away, there is nowhere else we would rather take our cats. The extra drive is worth every mile knowing they are in the hands of people who truly love and care for them.
